The All Progressives Congress (APC) has defended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, dismissing criticisms of his administration as misinformation driven by opposition elements.
In a statement issued in Sokoto, APC spokesman Yusuf Dingyadi said the government’s reform agenda is already yielding measurable progress across key sectors, including security, infrastructure, agriculture, education, and healthcare.
He accused critics of spreading false and misleading narratives on social media to discredit the administration, describing such actions as politically motivated and harmful to national stability.
Dingyadi maintained that ongoing projects in road construction, housing, social interventions, and agricultural development reflect the government’s commitment to improving citizens’ welfare and strengthening the economy.
The APC reaffirmed its support for Tinubu’s policies and urged Nigerians to disregard unverified claims while backing ongoing reforms aimed at national growth and unity.
