2027: You Can’t Intimidate Me, Tinubu Tells Opposition ADC

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has declared he will not be intimidated by opposition figures ahead of the 2027 elections, insisting no political alliance can force him out of the race.

Speaking to the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in Abuja, Tinubu dismissed alleged opposition coalitions involving Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Nasir El-Rufai, describing efforts to unseat him as futile.

“They want to scare me off, it is a lie. I have been through this path before and I will not give up,” he said.

The President urged opposition parties to respect democratic principles and obey judicial rulings, stressing the need for unity and nation-building.

On the economy, Tinubu acknowledged existing challenges but said his administration is focused on reforms to drive growth and development, assuring Nigerians they will not regret supporting his leadership.

Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, said the Renewed Hope Ambassadors initiative aims to communicate government policies at the grassroots, while former Katsina Governor, Aminu Bello Masari, noted that reforms often face resistance but maintained the administration is making progress.
