ADC Denies Reports of Senator Ireti Kingibe’s Suspension

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has dismissed reports claiming that the Senator representing the Federal Capital Territory, Ireti Kingibe, has been suspended from the party.

The party described the reports as false and misleading, urging the public and media organisations to disregard them.

ADC National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, clarified that the party is unaware of any decision to suspend the FCT senator.

He explained that the party follows established constitutional procedures when addressing issues involving its members and does not announce disciplinary actions through unofficial channels.

According to him, any matter concerning party members is handled internally through the party’s recognised structures.

The ADC therefore called on the public and the media to ignore reports suggesting that Senator Kingibe has been suspended, stressing that no such action was taken by the party.
