The Abia State Police Command has neutralized six suspected kidnappers and safely rescued four abducted victims in Osokwa, Osisioma Ngwa Local Government Area of the state.
During the operation, police recovered two AK-47 rifles, six magazines, and 34 rounds of live ammunition from the scene.
According to the Command’s spokesperson, Maureen Chinaka, the rescue operation was launched following a report of the abduction.
