Former Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, has officially confirmed his resignation from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
El-Rufai announced his defection to the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in a post shared on his verified Facebook page on Monday.
